Aquila Collection Buys Inverdoorn Private Game Reserve

Inverdoorn Game Reserve

There’s nothing better than a great safari holiday and now, following the recent news that the owners of Aquila Private Game Reserve & Spa have bought Inverdoorn Private Game Reserve, locals and foreigners alike will have even more great safari holiday options to explore in the Western Cape. Aquila Collection announced the acquisition in September and relayed the group’s plans to utilise the two properties together in order bring their guests an improved and more diverse 5-star safari experience in the Cape.

As a combined force, the Aquila Private Game Reserve and Iverdoorn will cater to a variety of safari experiences for both locals and international tourists alike. With Aquila boasting a host of awards to its name, from service to environmental conservation, and Inverdoorn’s unique setting, the duo hope to amplify and improve their exclusive 5-star experiences.
Aquila is less than a two-hour drive from Cape Town, and with Inverdoorn just a further 25 minutes away, the properties offer exciting new prospects for guests of both Inverdoorn and Aquila. Boasting exquisite mountain, valley and river scenery as well as an incredible Big 5 safari, Aquila offers a unique safari experience close to home. On a similar scale, Inverdoorn has just launched an impressive Kuganha luxury tented camp, offering a totally tranquil setting to relax, unwind and enjoy nature. This 5-star experience will be carried out throughout Inverdoorn with revamping set to commence soon.

Both private game reserves already have a wide variety of fauna and flora and the team hopes to further expand on it with new additions in the next month or so.
