Cape Town’s Pizza-loving Halaal dinners now have even more choice when dining out in the city thanks to Col’Cacchio! The restaurant franchise has just announced the opening of their first certified Halaal Col’Cacchio restaurant in the Cape – offering the same quality and service diners have come to expect from the restaurant chain, this new venture is sure to be a welcome addition to their lineup.

After a long process with various stakeholders, the popular Col’Cacchio restaurant in Atholl has been converted to a SANHA certified Halaal store and now features a brand new menu. Diners can expect classic dishes as well as an exciting new range of mocktails, at the new Halaal certified branch. What’s more, Col’Cacchio well-known carb-conscious, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes will also be on offer for Halaal diners to enjoy.

Some of the key dishes you’ll see on the new menu include Hollywood Scene (a popular favourite with macon, thyme, Rosso onion, avocado and crispy onions), Salmone (with smoked salmon, rocket, sour cream and black pepper), and the Makhani (pizza with a twist – thin toasted, folded over Italian flatbread, butter chicken, crispy onions and galbani fior di latte mozzarella).

But Col’Cacchio isn’t stopping there. Word is that following the Athol conversion, the Canal Walk Col’Cacchio restaurant will also be SANHA certified within the next few weeks.
