If you’ve ever been to forum’s L’Antico Giardino in Lanseria for a wedding or event then you’ve no doubt hoped, wished, and prayed that you could return to the magical spot more often. Alas, up until now, the venue was only open for special events so to visit you needed to convince your friends and family that it was the best place in the history of ever to tie the knot. Luckily for fans of the beautiful venue, The Kitchen at forum’s L’Antico Giardino in Lanseria has just launched a weekend breakfast and lunch menu so now you can visit whenever you want!

Following on from the forum company’s extremely popular Farm to Table events, the focus for the new breakfast and lunch menu follows the same philosophy: sit under the trees and enjoy delicious, fresh food, using produce that has been sourced from the area. And, as of 4 March 2017, hungry customers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life can visit L’Antico Giardino for delicious breakfast and lunch eats and treats every Saturday and Sunday. Those looking for the perfect place to start their weekend will also be excited to hear that the venue will also open on the last Friday of every month, for afternoon drinks and snacks from 15:00 – 18:00.

The menu offers an array of delicious offerings – including various moreish vegetarian options. And the best bit? They’re serving all-day breakast, so there’s no need to drag yourself out of bed early to get a taste of this must-try breakfast. All-day breakfast includes Sourdough crumpets, ricotta, honey and wild rocket or a Roasted tomato, mushroom, leek, cheese and a fresh herb omelette. From 11:00 – 15:00, there are hearty family-style lunch options for those who are feeling a little more peckish. Diners will get the chance to enjoy delights like the Three Rivers Salmon Trout with a lemon marmalade, organic greens and farm bread and butter; or Free Range Rib Eye of Beef with smoked sweet potato fatboys and pickled curry green beans (both for 4 people to share).

Of course, if it’s just a sip and a nibble you’re after then try the soft local cheeses and crackers platter with ‘just bottled’ seasonal preserve. For dessert, there is artisan ice cream, decadent chocolate pots and seasonal fruit on offer. On your way out, make sure that you stock up on preserved fruits, pickled lemons and homemade jams to enjoy at home.
