Pretoria Banters delight, there’s a new market dedicated to LCHF meals on your doorstep! The Pretoria Banting Market is a Banters dream and is all about offering fresh ingredients and hand-made products to Banters in Pretoria and Joburg. Keep reading to find out more about this fresh new market in Gauteng.
The Pretoria Banting Market takes place from 9:00 – 13:00 on the first Saturday of every month at the Pretoria National Botanical Gardens and offers 32 unique Banting stalls – some of which you won’t find at any other market! The market is adding new vendors daily but some of the current vendors include Lorian’s Cheeses, Wendy’s Healthy Foods, Bite Size Banting, Earthfood Trading Company, Leafy Greens, The Lazy Cook and The Ice Creamery.
Gauteng residents can visit the market to pick up all sorts of Banting goodies including Banting breads, rusks, nut flours, cauliflower wraps and other cauli products, cheese and ready-made home cooked meals and so much more. The market also has a nutritionist on site who is ready to answer any questions you might have about the Banting diet. The market is strictly Banting and vendors are not allowed to sell anything that isn’t Banting friendly – this means that everything is low-carb, sugar-free and free from artificial preservatives.
For more information on the market visit the Pretoria Banting Market website. For Joburgers who don’t want to drive all the way to Pretoria the organisers of the Pretoria Market will also be hosting a Banting Market at the Italian Club in Bedfordview on Saturday 25 April. Click here for the details.
