There’s no better way to celebrate the fact that it’s almost the weekend than with a delicious African-inspired cocktail. Get cracking on this delicious African Daydream cocktail recipe with the new(ish) Amarula Gold and cheers to lazy Saturdays and Sundays spent having nothing but ‘me time’.


Ingredients (serves one)

2 shots Amarula Gold (50 ml)
2 lemon wedges
2 shots mango juice (50 ml)
10 coriander leaves
100 ml ginger ale

Glass: tall glass.
Garnish: ginger slice and coriander sprigs


Fill the glass with ice. Pour the Amarula Gold and mango juice over the ice. Now squeeze the juice of the lemon wedges into the glass. Gently tear the coriander leaves into small pieces and add. Stir all the contents and garnish with a slice of fresh ginger and a sprig of coriander.
