Healthy smoothies

Cocoa protein power smoothie

Ingredients

1 tbs cocoa powder
1 cup (90 g) mixed frozen berries
1 cup (250 ml) soy milk, unsweetened
30 ml protein powder
1 tsp Canderel Crunch with Stevia, honey or agave syrup.

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add ice if desired and additional Canderel Crunch with Stevia to taste.

Green ginger smoothie

Ingredients

40 g fresh baby spinach or de-stalked Swiss chard
1 small green apple, skinned, cored and roughly chopped
¼ cup (20 g) celery, sliced
1 cup (70 g) cucumber, chopped
½ cup coconut water
1 heaped tbs mint, roughly chopped
1 tbs fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp Canderel Crunch with Stevia

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add more coconut water if mixture is too thick and additional Canderel Crunch with Stevia to taste. Serve with ice if desired.

Mixed berry and banana smoothie

Ingredients

1 (90 g) cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup (250 ml) plain fat-free yoghurt
½ banana
1 tsp Canderel Crunch with Stevia

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add a splash of fat-free milk if the mixture is too thick and additional Canderel Crunch with Stevia to taste. Serve with ice if desired.
