Hudsons is known for its delicious burgers and the new vegan menu options won’t disappoint vegan fans looking for a killer meat-free burger. The four new options include two pizzas, a falafel salad bowl, and of course, a veggie burger. In line with the restaurant’s status as a burger joint, The Yogi Burger is the first lip-smacking addition to the menu.

Made with pulled BBQ jackfruit, grilled pineapple, Violife vegan cheese and slaw, The Yogi joins two other plant-based burgers of its kind on the Hudsons menu; The Stomper and The Stack. Think falafel patties, jalapeños, coconut cream and sriracha sauce; and a chickpea and lentil patty, caramelised onion, avo and vegan feta.

Hudsons has also added two vegan pizzas to the mix; The Busker and The Actress. Topped with a tomato-based sauce, Violife mozzarella, grilled aubergine, mushrooms, red onion, olives and fresh basil, The Busker is the ultimate anytime-dish to enjoy with your favourite craft beer or cocktail. The Actress is topped with roasted garlic, thyme, rosemary and olive oil — a lighter option that’ll make your tastebuds tingle!

If you’re in the mood for something light and a little more on the healthy side then the moreish High Line Salad is will offer a satisfying alternative to the more decadent burger and pizza options. This protein-loaded falafel bowl, filled with plant-based deliciousness features crispy falafels and hummus on a bed of cos lettuce, julienne cucumber, olives, salsa, Violife vegan feta, fresh parsley and toasted almonds.
