2. The Franschhoek Wine Tram:
Nothing says adventure like travelling from wine farm to wine farm on an old-timey tram! Hop on-board the Franschhoek Wine Tram and spend the day wine tasting and feeling like a rock star as you hop-on and hop-off the tram to make your way to the various tasting rooms. Relax inside the open-side tram and open-air tram-bus and take in the scenery of rolling vineyards and beautiful landscape as you go. The tram stops at some of South Africa’s oldest and most distinguished wine estates and is definitely one of the best ways to discover the true essence of the Franschhoek Valley.

3. The Mont Destin Red Wine Bath:

4. Viljoensdrift Wines and River Cruises:
Trail your feet in the cool waters of the Breede River, while toasting the good life with a glass of Viljoensdrift wine on board their elegant flat-bottomed river boat named Uncle Ben 2. The 1 hour-long meander along the river is a must-try the next time you’re in the Breed River valley! 5. Weltevrede Underground Cellar:
If you love history and wine then this is something you need to try! In the early days of winemaking, farmers would create underground cooling vaults for their wine and while most of these no longer exist today you can still explore a piece of history at Weltevrede wines. Head to the unique wine lands spot for a tour of the underground tunnels which includes a wine tasting by candlelight. There’s nothing quite like it!
