These unusual, yet decadent pairings are waiting to be discovered at Perdeberg Cellar’s Marshmallow and Wine Pairing experience.

Marshmallows are the all the rage on the foodie scene at the moment but these aren’t just any old marshmallows – this year the fluffy sweet treat is getting a sophisticated make-over and Perdeberg thought it was high time to embrace this delicious trend.

The Perdeberg Cellar’s Marshmallow and Wine Pairing tasting session involves five wines which are paired with five exceptional bite-sized marshmallows including the MCC Pinot Rose Reserve 2013 with a Rosewater Mallow, Perdeberg Sparkling Rose 2016 with a Raspberry Mallow, Vineyard Collection Grenache Blanc 2015 with a Lime Mallow, Vineyard Collection Cinsault 2014 with a Cherry Mallow, and Natural Sweet Chenin Blanc 2014 with a Marmalade and Honeycomb Mallow.
