You are a mom,” argues Christine Baranski, who plays Amy’s mother in the Bad Moms follow-up film, A Bad Moms Christmas. “Moms don’t enjoy, they give joy. That’s how being a mom works.” Yes ladies, break out the champagne because the Bad Moms are back in what is set to be a hilarious sequel to the smash hit comedy of 2016. This time around the bad moms crew are taking on Christmas and we can’t wait to see how they toss out convention and get to finally enjoying what is perhaps the craziest time of the year for moms around the globe.
In the trailer, Amy Mitchell (Mila Kunis) explains that the secret behind what makes Christmas so special is quite simply moms working their asses off (preach!) and that this year they’re putting an end to it all by opting to relax instead. If the trailer is anything to go by, then it looks like the Bad Moms sequel is going to be yet another laugh-a-minute romp. Plus, this time around there are even more moms in the mix with new additions Christine Baranski as Amy’s mother, Cheryl Hines as Kiki’s mother, and Susan Sarandon as Carla’s mother.
A Bad Moms Christmas is set for release in November 2017.
