Popular Cape Town yoga studio, Wild Thing is turning two years old in August! To celebrate this auspicious occasion the studio is welcoming yogis, both old and new, to the Wild Thing Wild Weekender where all the yoga classes, and more, will be free! Taking place on Saturday 11 and Sunday, 12 August, the event promises fitness fundis a full weekend of yoga, groovy music, and killer views from the studio floor.

Located in Sea Point, this contemporary yoga studio was founded by Lexi Ryman and Dominique Vieira. “The Sanskrit translation of Wild Thing or Camatkarasana means ‘the ecstatic unfolding of the enraptured heart’ and that is exactly what this yoga studio is for us”, explain the duo. “A love for yoga is where this all started and Wild Thing is that love in a tangible form.” If you’re yet to visit the studio, this is the perfect time to pop in for a class and meet Lexi, Dominique, and the rest of their team. The beautiful studio in the clouds offers a variation of heated and non-heated Vinyasa based yoga and body conditioning classes that cater for all levels of experience and ability.
