Reebok Reveals Collab with F45 Including Nano Gym Shoe, Smart Ring & FWD Workout
This week has seen F45 Training hint at an exciting new drop that it says is set to change the fitness game. F45 took to its social media accounts to post a series of cryptic short videos and shared a teaser of the upcoming reveal in an email newsletter sent out to members.
With speculation running wild about what the collaboration could, we did a little digging and found a few more breadcrumbs that seemed to reveal the big news early.

Pausing the frames of the third teaser video revealed a blueprint snapshot of a Reebok training shoe, with what looked to be the new Reebok Nano Gym or a branded version of the Reebok Nano X5 training shoe. WomenStuff reviewed the first iteration of this shoe in October last year, and the timing would line up for an updated version of the shoe to drop this year. All signs pointed to a new iteration of what Reebok calls the “ultimate cross training shoe.”
Further investigation on Google revealed preloaded versions of product pages already indexed by Google’s search engine. A preview of the page description reads “Get a first look at a first–of-its-kind collaboration from F45 Training. Reebok. Explore new training apparel & the all-new Reebok Smart Ring.”
Looking into the collaboration further revealed more details on a new workout at F45 launched as part of the Reebok launch. User “Coachjas” on an F45 Reddit forum thread revealed that certain studios have started rolling out a new Hybrid training class with the name “FWD”. The user wrote: “It might be the new FWD workout? In celebration of their collab with Reebok. Apparently it’s a new optional hybrid class studios can schedule.” On the F45 Training website a teaser hinted at “Something big coming soon” with the URL title “FWD-PLAY”.
The big news was confirmed on 16 October with Reebok and F45 taking to social media to reveal the global partnership.

The reveal includes the Reebok Smart Ring as the official wearable of F45 ($249), Reebok Nano X5 training shoe, and a collection of Reebok F45 branded apparel. At a launch event, F45 confirmed that F45 members will get state-of-the-art technology and exclusive Reebok apparel and accessories designed to elevate training worldwide. In addition to this, the new F45 FWD workout will round off the partnership with a 45-minute hybrid-style class available at all F45 studios globally.
The multi-year collaboration sees Reebok uniting with its image of authority in fitness and performance. As part of the partnership, Reebok is now F45’s official partner for performance footwear, apparel and wearables.
In 2026, Reebok will outfit all F45 coaches in custom-designed uniforms and debut an exclusive co-branded member collection anchored by the award-winning Nano training shoe franchise, complemented by performance apparel and lifestyle layers.
Bringing a tech aspect to the partnership is the Reebok Smart Ring. A fitness tracker designed to help F45 coaches and members with robust training, recovery and lifestyle tracking capabilities.
