Huawei Watch Fit 3 Lands in SA: Style Meets Athleticism & Innovation for this Fitness Tracker
Huawei has announced the launch of the all-new Huawei Watch Fit 3 in South Africa. For this exciting new launch into the fitness tracking space, the brand says it is embracing the ethos of “Fashion Forward” – offering consumers a watch that is not only stylish but capable.
Retaining the signature square design of its predecessors, Huawei says the Watch Fit 3 has undergone a transformative upgrade in materials, manufacturing, and design choices. The new watch offers an extensive array of strap colours, to enable consumers to switch up their look whenever the mood strikes.
At its core lies a striking 1.82-inch AMOLED display, providing a vivid and immersive visual experience. Crafted from sleek aluminium alloy, the watch has a slim profile of 9.9 mm and a feather-light weight of 26g, (which Huawei points out is akin to the weight of a strawberry — do with that information what you will). Complemented by a dynamic user interface featuring a captivating rotating crown, the Watch Fit 3 not only ensures user-friendly navigation but also serves as a stylish accessory.
In the realm of fitness, Huawei says its Watch Fit 3 will assume the role of a dedicated personal trainer. For nutrition tracking, Huawei notes that the upgraded Stay Fit app offers an enriched food database spanning 50 countries, along with a novel nutritional analysis tool, facilitating what the brand refers to as a “harmonious balance between diet and exercise.” Plus, with this new launch, Huawei introduces Smart Sports suggestions tailored to individual habits and environmental factors. Essentially, the watch promotes healthy lifestyle choices.
Huawei is confident of reaching new heights with health monitoring with the inclusion of its TruSleep 4.0 feature, delivering enhanced sleep tracking capabilities, comprehensive physiological data analysis, and personalised sleep guidance. The addition of Sleep Breathing Awareness aims to instil further confidence in users’ restful nights. Furthermore, the brand says its TruSeen 5.5 will ensure 30% more stable heart rate monitoring, while the revamped SpO2 interface enables swift oxygen saturation checks in just 25 seconds.
The Huawei Watch Fit 3 is now available from the Huawei online store at a pre-order price of R2,999.
