Skip Monochrome Pop-up Shop to Showcase SA Fashion Talent in Cape Town

Cape Town based fashionistas looking for some new style inspiration will be elated to hear that the Skip Monochrome Pop-Up Shop has rolled into town! Featuring three of South Africa’s top fashion designers, this new concept store is sure to get the style queen in you ready to shop ’till you drop. The store opens in Cape Town this week and will showcase exclusive capsule collections from the likes of Prime Obsession, Imprint ZA and Lukhanyo Mdingi, so make sure you leave room in your budget for an exciting new piece in your wardrobe this month.
Conveniently located at Canal Walk shopping centre, the pop-up shop will be open for business from Tuesday 7 to Tuesday 21 August, 2018. Open for just a couple of weeks, the Skip pop-up shop will offer Cape Town-based shoppers the chance to shop exclusive monochrome collections from Prime Obsession, Imprint ZA and Lukhanyo Mdingi.
From Chanel in the 1920s to the latest autumn trends this year, black and white has always been, and always will be, a classic colour combination that never goes out of style. These three SA designers have designed limited monochrome pieces that will be available at the pop-up shop, and it’s for a great cause: all sales will be donated to The Creative Leaders Trust which helps fashion students at FEDISA support the future and talent of local fashion.
In addition to some killer fashion must-haves, the pop-up shop will also showcase the recently launched Skip Perfect Care range of washing liquids — which have been specially formulated for dark and white clothing so your monochrome staples will stay newer for longer. As an added bonus, if you purchase a bottle of 1.5L Skip Perfect Whites Auto Liquid or 1.5L Skip Perfect Darks Auto Liquid at Sandton City or Canal Walk, you can take your receipt to the Skip Monochrome Pop-Up Shop to receive another free bottle – winning!
