That’s right, we’re hosting a pre-screening of the new comedy starring Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones as a ghost-catching foursome. Enter our competition now and stand the chance to see the film before all your friends!
The supernatural comedy reboot directed by Paul Feig tells the story of four women who start a ghost-catching business in New York City. Dr. Erin Gilbert (Wiig) and Dr. Abby Yates (McCarthy) are co-authors of a book which claims to prove the existence of paranormal phenomenon such as ghosts. When the book proves unpopular, Gilbert distances herself from Yates to start a life as a teacher at Columbia University. But, when Gilbert learns the book has been republished she visits Yates in an attempt to remove the book from of publication. Hilarity ensues and the pair, along with two other unlikely partners embark on a paranormal investigation.
GHOSTBUSTERS hits South African cinemas on Friday 29 July 2016 but we’ll be hosting a special GHOSTBUSTERS screenings on Thursday, 28 July 2016, in Joburg (Sandton City) and Cape Town (Cavendish Square), where you’ll get the chance to relax and prepare yourself for the laugh out loud, GHOSTBUSTERS.
