The Pepperclub Hotel Launches Inner-City Afternoon Tea
In the mood for an indulgent spot of tea at one of Cape Town’s trendiest hotels? If so, the five-star Pepperclub Hotel & Spa on Loop Street is offering a brand new tasting menu with an array of teas and nibbles at the newly launched Afternoon Tea at Paparazzi Bar.
So what can you expect? Hand-picked by executive head chef Scott Hendrie to pair with the teas, the menu features plenty of tasty delights to choose from, including gourmet mini sandwiches, savoury quiches, chocolate chiffon cake, lemon tartlets and many more. On the tea side of things, expect a range of speciality exotic loose-leaf TWG Teas such as Gnawa Mint, a blend of mint and dark tea, Chocolate tea with real pieces of chocolate, and Weekend in Shanghai, a green tea with berries and blossoms.
Whatever the occasion, be it a special treat or a casual catch up with loved ones, enjoy your Afternoon Tea at Paparazzi Bar on the balcony overlooking the hustle and bustle of the city streets or in the more intimate lounge area for a proper indulgent affair.
Afternoon Tea at Paparazzi Bar is available from 14:00 – 18:00 daily and costs just R299 per stand for two and R150 per single stand.
