The contour kit retails for R249 and comes with 6 different shades. The kit also includes a handy how-to instruction manual on the back so you can practice getting the perfect look at home. We also love the adorable macaron shaped lip balms that not only look amazing, but smell delicious too! Speaking of having fabulous lips, the chunky lip crayons come in 6 different colours and are the perfect addition to your makeup collection! The range also offers a collection of nail polishes including a matt top coat and 5 different colours including Mermaid Tails, Make Me Blush, Pretty in Pink, Tangerine Dream, and Black Cobra at R49 per polish.

I got the chance to test out some of the products in the range including the Make Up Make Out Eyeshadow Palette (Vegas Nights – R149), Make Up Make Out Macaron Lip Balm (R99), and two Make Up Make Out Chunky Lip Crayons in Sophia Latte and Penelope Peach (R79). The palette offers 6 colours ranging from a light bronze and shimmery dark blue to a redish-purple and stark black. The palette is great for those who love to create a smokey eye in varying intensities and I loved combining the dark bronze and blue colours to create a more subtle smokey eye for evening. I was also impressed with the pigments of the shadows and how well they held out throughout the day. The shadows do have quite a striking shimmer but they blend nicely and the sparkle tends to fade when blended well.

Another winner was the lipstick crayon, which is super easy to apply and the pointy tip means that it can double as a lipliner too. The crayons come in 15 different shades. I loved the redish-brown Sophia Latte and the subtle pink Penelope Peach colours that were sent to me as they both offered a vivid pigment when applied and made my lips feel soft and moisturised. The crayons are great quality for ladies who love to inject a little bit of fun into their lives and the colour has good staying power. Another product for the lips is the oh-so-adorable Macaron Lip Balm. While this little guy isn’t quite a saving grace it is hella cute and is a great gift filler or bedside table accompaniment.
