This year’s Klink Awards are in full swing and it’s high time you get involved! The unique annual Klink Awards put the spotlight on the most fabulous, unusual, delicious and fun experiences in the Western Cape Winelands and gives you the chance to vote for your favourites across 17 different categories. One of our favourite categories is the ‘Happy Times’ award, which recognises the most memorable wine route. There are loads of incredible wine routes in the Western Cape, including the Robertson Wine Valley which is nominated for its scenic beauty, heritage, warmth, friendliness, culinary offerings, and more!
The ‘Happy Times’ category is where wine routes come to compete for all the marbles and we’re sure that wine lovers will struggle to choose between all these amazing routes which include the Roberston Wine Valley, Stellenbosch Wine Route, Paarl Wine Route, Franschhoek Wine Route, and the Bot River Wine Route.
In addition to their beauty and fabulous wineries, the wine routes are also recognised for their annual events which aim to draw the crowds to the wineries over weekends. Roberton’s Wine on the River taking place in October is one such event that wine fans love and thanks to The Robertson Wine Valley, we’re giving away four weekend tickets to the Wine on the River (taking place from 16th – 18th October in the Robertson Wine Valley) as well as a mixed case of wines to the total value of R1300!
To enter this amazing competition simply email your name, contact details and the answer to this easy question to firstname.lastname@example.org. Don’t forget to include the subject line; “Happy Times entry” in your email otherwise your entry won’t be counted! Competition closes on Monday 12 October at 17:00. One email entry per person please. Your wines can be collected at the festival.
