Forget sitting in traffic on your way home from work, why not take a detour to The Table Bay and spend the evening tasting a few divine whiskeys paired with decadent chocolates?
In their purest forms, both chocolate and whisky are made from simple ingredients that combine to produce a beautiful orchestra of flavours, making them the perfect coupling. An unique departure from traditional concepts such as whisky and cigar pairings, the Table Bay Whisky and Chocolate Pairing promises to take you on an exciting, insightful journey.
You’ll be treated to three single malts by Glen Grant, including the entry level Majors Reserve; a 10-year single malt that won an award in 2016, and a 12-year single malt. These will be paired with the premium Lindt Excellence Dark Chocolate range offering smooth texture, layers of flavour and mouthwatering flavours.
