Starbucks fans rejoice! The global coffee giant’s most iconic seasonal beverage, the Pumpkin Spice Latte, is finally available in South Africa again. It was an instant hit during its first local release with some stores selling out within a few short days, and the same hype is expected this time so best you get yours quick!

Coinciding with the autumn season in the US, this indulgent seasonal treat, affectionately known as the PSL, is a perfectly handcrafted espresso with a pumpkin spice infusion, creamy steamed milk and cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and clove. It’s then finished with whipped cream and more pumpkin spice on top! There’s even an iced version in the form of the PSL Frappuccino for those warmer days.

Arriving this year in Heritage Month the Pumpkin Spice Latte will be available at all Starbucks South Africa stores, including Cape Town, for a limited season. Fans will be able to grab the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte in South Africa at Starbucks stores from now until 5 November 2020. Customers can choose from an original warm Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino, and an Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Starbucks Southern Africa is strengthening its position in the local market, with Cape Town store openings taking place as from November 2020, and exciting tastes, fashions and promotions launching into the stores to titillate the discerning taste buds of South Africa’s coffee lovers.
