This new range of at-home meals is perfect for those who don’t have time to cook but still want to enjoy tasty, wholesome meals at home every night. By Word of Mouth emphasis that they only use the best local ingredients to create the meals in the range and each meal was designed to enable the customer to enjoy delicious meals at home, with little preparation involved aside from heating.
The dishes in the range are frozen fresh immediately after they have been prepared and assembled. By using this frozen fresh method the meals don’t require added preservatives because of the use of ‘nature’s pause button’ ensuring high quality, nutrient-dense dishes that can simply be heated from frozen in their containers.
Meals in the range include Butter Chicken with coconut milk and aromatic spices (R130 – 640g, serves 2 -4), Beef Bobotie (R88 – 640g, serves 2 -4), Traditional Fish Pie (R115 – 800g, serves 2 -4), and Beef Banting Lasagne (R145 – 800g, serves 2 -4).
